Nissan 350z

Over All – 7/10

Scores

Chav Test – a very solid 10/10. Not even 1 Chav decided to race or even looked twice

Stella Rating – 9/10 (possible No. of cases – 10+ ). Great amount of Stella room as the boot is very wide and long, Not very deep but a good 2 case depth. Also you get a diagram of how to fit in 2 sets of golf clubs!!!!

Garage test – 6 people Very impressive as the car has a nice performance sound from the standard twin exhausts.

Wave test – 3 ladies. 3 out of the 5 sets of ladies we beeped at looked and smiled. Nice car for the lads out to impress

MR L Thoughts

The 350z is a bright light in a dull Lap Dancing club. Everyone seems to notice it and come see what it is.

The performance was very fast as it has a large 3.5Litre V6. A bit sluggish low down the rev range but soon picks up from 4k to 7k.

The sat Nav is a bit to be desired. Took us down some dodgy country lanes on the way back from the dealer and her voice is a bit on the funny (soon gets annoying) side. That is after you get a degree in how to operate it, as now I think I can program the next NASA space launch.

Soon after we got it we pulled in to the garage for some rocket fuel, got our 6 looks and filled up and paid, ONLY to come back to the car and it wont start! We had to push the brand new 350z to a car parking space. Not great when you have two 25 year olds pushing a 30k car around a garage looking dodgy. After about 25 min of trying to make it work, pushing buttons, looking in the engine, opening shutting doors, putting the seat belt on, I had the thought off putting it in gear. It starts up!!! Great immobiliser but its like being neck up in quick sand only to find a massive sign in front of you saying QUICK SAND --> and pointing at you!!

Overall thought it was a good car and very nice to drive but could do with more low end power.

MR H Thoughts

Fun to drive, really fast, traction on the rear wheels is great, except when you turn traction control off for some fun!

Interior is a bit plasticky, but the features, such as remote controlled satellite navigation and the top spec sound system with 6 disc cd changer made up for that.

Electric seats, heated seats and the comfort inside were top notch.

Plenty of space in the boot for lots of luggage, although the rear window was a bit difficult to see out of when reversing.

Liked the guages pointed right at the driver, subtle, but poignant.

All in all, a great car, but for the money (35k), I think there are better alternatives

Conclusion

Great car, but for £35k new. There are better ways to spend it
